Mount Rainier & Paradise Valley

Paradise Valley is found deep in Mount Rainier National Park. At an elevation of about 5,400 feet, this beautiful location is still well below the 14,410 foot peak seen in the background. Hiking trails, streams and waterfalls abound here, and landscape is covered in a variety of colorful and blooming vegetation. This park has a lot to offer and does not feel overrun by tourists even though it has nearly 2 million visitors annually. Mount Rainier National Park's immense size (over 236,000 acres) also helps you find solitude in this beautiful wilderness found in the state of Washington.
